We woke up to rain this morning. It was so crummy. I thought about running, but quickly changed my mind. I probably should have gone during the drizzle because its supposed to storm tomorrow.
So instead of being active, I sat in front of the computer. Our Terry Fox run video was done processing, so I uploaded it and updated our website. Check out our video:
Can you believe someone actually gave it a thumbs down. I think it’s crazy. I’m a firm believer in karma, and I really feel that if you’re giving a video a thumbs down that focuses on raising money for cancer research, you’re going to end up with cancer. I don’t wish that on anyone, but come on. How much of an ass do you have to be. I’m so proud of the fact that we raised over $2000 this year, and I can’t wait to donate more. I’m also kind of excited to know we have a hater. That means we’re really doing something right.
We went for breakfast at the Overflow after my tech stuff was done. It was delicious as usual.
This evening we headed to London to hang out with Jeff’s brother Matt. It was a beautiful drive.
Matt cooked us dinner. It was delicious and we had great visit.
It was a late night, but totally worth it. And on the drive home we started planning our departure. We have a mental list of everything that we still need to do before we leave, but it’s really not that long. We have enjoyed spending time with friends and family but we’re so excited to hit the road and start exploring new places!
